This delicious Sugar Cookie Fudge combines the creamy sweetness of condensed milk and white chocolate with the nostalgic flavors of sugar cookie mix and festive sprinkles. Easy to make and perfect for holiday gifting or dessert tables, this fudge sets overnight in the refrigerator to create rich, bite-sized treats bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar cookie mix (heat-treated as recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Toppings

  • Christmas sprinkles (or sprinkles of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dish: Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray to ensure easy removal of the fudge.
  2. Heat the base ingredients: In a large pot over medium heat, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and stir frequently to prevent burning. Once the milk is heated through and hot, add white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter. Stir continuously until all ingredients are melted and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Then remove the pot from heat.
  3. Add sprinkles to the mixture: Stir in a generous amount of Christmas sprinkles to incorporate colorful, festive bits into the fudge.
  4. Pour and top: Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with additional sprinkles for decorative appeal.
  5. Chill to set: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and allow the fudge to set for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm enough to slice into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Serve: Once set, lift the fudge using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy your festive sugar cookie fudge treats.

Notes

  • Heat-treat the sugar cookie mix before adding to ensure any raw flour is safe to consume.
  • If white chocolate chips are not melting smoothly, continue stirring over low heat or briefly microwave the mixture in short bursts with stirring in between.
  • For variations, try adding different sprinkles or a pinch of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
