These Spinach Artichoke Bites are a savory and delightful appetizer featuring creamy spinach artichoke dip baked inside golden crescent roll dough cups. Perfect for parties or casual snacking, they offer a crisp outer shell with a warm, cheesy filling in every bite.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (8 ounces)
  • 1 container spinach artichoke dip (10 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the dough cups. Unroll the crescent roll dough and gently press the seams together to form a single sheet. Cut the dough into 18 rectangles and place each piece inside a muffin cup, molding the dough slightly so it forms a cup shape but doesn't have to cover all sides.
  3. Fill the dough cups. Spoon a little less than 1 tablespoon of spinach artichoke dip into the center of each dough cup, ensuring the cup holds the filling without overflowing.
  4. Bake the bites. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crescent dough is golden brown and the dip inside is heated through.
  5. Serve warm. Immediately remove the spinach artichoke bites from the muffin tin and serve warm for the best taste and texture.

Notes

  • Ensure the dough cups are not too thick to allow even baking.
  • Use your favorite spinach artichoke dip; homemade or store-bought works equally well.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • These bites can be reheated in the oven or microwave but are best served fresh.
  • Feel free to add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the dip for a spicy kick.
