This easy Oreo Fudge recipe combines creamy white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk with chunks of Oreo cookies for a rich, indulgent treat. Ready in just minutes, this no-bake fudge is perfect for snack time or sharing at gatherings, with a delightful balance of smooth texture and crunchy cookie bits.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 3/4 cups (468g) white chocolate chips
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix-ins and Topping

  • 10 Oreo cookies, chopped, plus a few additional broken Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a square 8 or 9 inch baking dish with aluminum foil, making sure the foil extends up the sides of the pan. Set aside to prepare the fudge mixture.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a microwave-safe glass bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips with a spatula until they start to combine.
  3. Microwave and Stir: Microwave the mixture on full power for 1 minute. Remove and stir thoroughly until the chocolate chips have fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Avoid microwaving longer to prevent scorching and a crumbly texture.
  4. Add Flavorings and Oreos: Stir in the chopped Oreos, salt, and vanilla extract until evenly distributed throughout the fudge base.
  5. Transfer and Top: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Press additional broken Oreo pieces into the top if desired for extra texture and garnish.
  6. Set the Fudge: Let the fudge set at room temperature for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, loosely covering with foil to prevent drying out.
  7. Serve and Store: Once firm, cut the fudge into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1–2 weeks.

Notes

  • Do not over-microwave the fudge mixture, as it can cause the chocolate to scorch and result in a crumbly texture.
  • For best results, allow the fudge to set overnight to fully harden.
  • The recipe makes approximately 25 small squares, perfect for sharing or gifting.
  • You can substitute Oreos with gluten-free cookies to make the recipe gluten-free, but this will change flavor slightly.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container to maintain freshness and texture.
