This no-bake strawberry crunch cheesecake jars recipe combines creamy cheesecake filling with a golden Oreo crust and a delightful strawberry crunch topping. Perfect for an easy, make-ahead dessert that's both visually appealing and deliciously satisfying.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 30 Golden Oreos
  • 5 Tablespoons butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream

Strawberry Crunch Topping

  • 2 ounces freeze dried strawberries
  • 15 Golden Oreos
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Process the 30 Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix in the 5 tablespoons of melted butter until evenly combined, forming the crust mixture.
  2. Form Crusts in Jars: Spoon 1½ to 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into each serving jar. Lightly press the crumbs down with the back of a measuring spoon to create a compact crust base.
  3. Beat Cream Cheese: In a mixer bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure no lumps remain.
  4. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk a little at a time, mixing continuously for a smooth texture.
  5. Incorporate Strawberry Preserves: Beat in the strawberry preserves thoroughly, mixing evenly into the cheesecake base.
  6. Whip Heavy Cream: With the mixer on low speed, slowly drizzle in the heavy whipping cream until combined. Then increase to high speed and beat until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
  7. Fill the Jars: Spoon or pipe the creamy cheesecake filling over the prepared crusts in the jars.
  8. Make Strawberry Crunch Topping: Pulse the remaining 15 Golden Oreos and freeze dried strawberries in a food processor until they form crumbs.
  9. Add Butter to Topping: Add the 2 tablespoons softened butter to the crumbs and mix thoroughly to form the strawberry crunch mixture.
  10. Top the Cheesecake Jars: Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of the strawberry crunch mixture over the top of each cheesecake jar, creating a crunchy, fruity finish.
  11. Chill Before Serving: Refrigerate the jars for at least 2 hours or until set and ready to serve.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • Press the crust firmly to prevent it from crumbling when eating.
  • You can substitute freeze dried strawberries with fresh strawberries chopped finely for a different texture but crunch will be reduced.
  • These jars keep well refrigerated for up to 3 days.
  • For a less sweet version, reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk slightly.
