Delight in these creamy, no-bake Oreo dessert cups featuring layers of crushed Oreos and fluffy whipped cream infused with cocoa and vanilla. Perfect for an easy, indulgent treat that requires no oven time and only a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Crust Layer

  • 16-18 Oreos, crushed

Cream Filling

  • 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos: Using a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Divide the crumbs evenly among 8 serving cups, roughly one tablespoon per cup, and set aside to form the base layer.
  2. Whip Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Gradually add the cold heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, powdered sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Continue whipping until the mixture becomes smooth and stiff peaks form, indicating it's well aerated and fluffy.
  3. Assemble Dessert Cups: Transfer the whipped cream mixture into a piping bag for easy layering. Pipe approximately ¼ cup of this fluffy mixture over the crushed Oreos in each cup. Then, add another layer of crushed Oreos on top, followed by another layer of whipped cream to create a rich, multi-layered dessert.
  4. Top and Chill: Finish by topping each cup with a final sprinkle of crushed Oreos. Cover and refrigerate the assembled dessert cups for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld and for the cream to set beautifully before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier whipping and a smooth texture.
  • Cold heavy cream whips better, so keep it chilled until ready to use.
  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, you can sift the cocoa powder before adding to the cream mixture to avoid lumps.
  • These dessert cups can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for best freshness.
  • Use a piping bag or a plastic bag with a corner snipped off for neat layers.
