A quick and healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait featuring creamy Greek yogurt layered with fresh berries and crunchy granola, sweetened optionally with honey or maple syrup. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast or a satisfying snack that can be prepared in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Yogurt Mixture

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional - more as a drizzle)

Fruits and Toppings

  • 1/4 cup berries or any fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup homemade granola or store-bought granola

Instructions

  1. Mix the sweetener and yogurt: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the optional honey or maple syrup. Stir well until the sweetener is fully incorporated and the yogurt is smooth.
  2. Layer the parfait: Place half of the sweetened yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or a bowl. Top this layer with half of the prepared fruit and half of the granola. Repeat by adding the remaining yogurt, then the remaining fruit and granola on top.
  3. Garnish and serve: If desired, drizzle a little extra honey over the top for added sweetness. Serve the parfait immediately to enjoy the contrast of creamy yogurt and crunchy granola.

Notes

  • You can substitute berries with any seasonal fruits such as chopped peaches, mango, or apples.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Granola can be homemade or store-bought depending on preference.
  • Prepare the parfait right before serving to keep the granola crunchy.
