A creamy and indulgent Biscoff Iced Latte that combines the rich flavor of Biscoff spread with chilled coffee and milk, topped with whipped cream and crunchy Biscoff biscuit crumbs. Perfect for a refreshing and sweet coffee treat.

Ingredients

For the Biscoff Iced Latte

  • 3 heaped tbsp Biscoff Spread
  • ¼ cup Instant Coffee or Espresso
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Ice cubes

For the Topping

  • 2-4 tbsp Double Cream
  • Biscoff Biscuits, crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare Biscoff Coffee Mixture: Stir the 3 heaped tablespoons of Biscoff spread into ¼ cup of instant coffee or espresso until the spread is fully melted and combined, creating a smooth and flavorful coffee base.
  2. Add Ice and Milk: Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill the drink. Pour in 1 cup of milk over the ice, creating the creamy latte base.
  3. Combine Coffee and Milk: Slowly pour the Biscoff coffee mixture over the milk and ice in the glass, layering the flavors together.
  4. Whip the Cream: Briefly whisk 2 to 4 tablespoons of double cream until it is slightly thickened but still pourable.
  5. Top the Latte: Pour the lightly whipped cream on top of the Biscoff latte for a rich and velvety finish.
  6. Add Biscuit Crumbs: Crush some Biscoff biscuits and sprinkle the crumbs generously over the cream to add a delightful crunch and extra Biscoff flavor.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Biscoff spread according to your preferred sweetness and intensity.
  • For a vegan version, substitute milk and cream with plant-based alternatives like almond or oat milk and coconut cream.
  • Use freshly brewed espresso for a stronger coffee flavor if desired instead of instant coffee.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy the best texture and temperature.
  • Can add a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg on top for an extra spiced aroma.
